Ingredients

Servings
  • cups granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • 8 tablespoons butter cut into large pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups quick cooking oats

Instructions

  1. Add sugar and cocoa powder to a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan. Whisk until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Add milk and butter and cook over medium-high heat. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, peanut butter and oats.
  4. Drop cookies by tablespoons onto parchment paper.
  5. Allow to dry for about 10-15 minutes until the no bake cookies have become firm.
