These Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats are perfect for anyone who loves chocolate, peanut butter and Rice Krispies!! Made without marshmallows and sweetened with honey, this no-bake treat is a winning combination that's totally delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips, semisweet
- ¾ cup liquid honey
- 1 cup peanut butter, smooth
- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup salted peanuts optional
- ½ cup Toffee bits optional
- butter or cooking spray

Instructions
- Prepare a 9x9 pan with butter or cooking spray. Set aside.
- Combine peanut butter and honey in a large heavy saucepan on your lowest heat, stirring often, until melted.
- Bring to a gentle boil and remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
- Add cereal and peanuts (if you are using) and gently stir until well coated.
- Press into pan.
- Sprinkle with toffee bits if using. Refrigerate until cool and firm, about 2 hours. Enjoy!
Notes
- Double or Triple Batch. This peanut butter chocolate rice krispie treats recipe can easily be doubled or even tripled. Simply use a larger rectangle pan.
- Want A Less a Firm Texture? You can make softer and more gooey bars by reducing the amount of Rice Krispies by a ¼ or ½ cup less.
- Grease Your Fingers. Use greased fingers or a greased rubber spatula to make it easier to press the treats into the pan.
- Don't Press Too Firmly. This may cause the treats to become compacted.
