Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the egg yolks into a mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, mustard, and salt and pepper to yolks. Mix everything together until well incorporated.
- Add a few drops of green food coloring. Whip the egg mixture with a fork until there are no more lumps, and it is a rich green color. Scoop into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe the green egg yolk mixture into the middle of each of your egg white halves. Top with three red pepper pieces to form the bow of your wreath.

- Prep Tips
- Preparation - While a piping bag is not absolutely necessary, it does create a fluffy texture that kind of looks like pine boughs. You could also scoop the deviled egg filling with a spoon in a pinch.
- Flavor - Feel free to use your favorite kind of mustard for this recipe, to add a unique flavor! Dijon mustard, spicy brown mustard, and regular yellow mustard can all work!
- Garnish - If you don't have red pepper handy (or don't care for peppers) you could also use a sprinkle of fresh dill or rosemary on top. This would also make the deviled eggs look like the piney texture of a wreath. Another alternative is to use pomegranate seeds in place of the peppers, as a pomegranate seed looks a lot like a holly berry.
