- 2 lbs. chicken breast or thighs
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
