Easy Cilantro Lime Shrimp is a quick summer dinner recipe of jumbo shrimp sautéed in butter and garlic with a fresh lime and cilantro sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Shrimp , peeled and deveined (13-15 count)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter , divided
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 lime , zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro , finely minced
Instructions
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Add half the butter to a large heavy skillet on high heat.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink.
- Add in the lime zest, lime juice and cilantro.
- Add in the remaining butter, cook for 1 minute, tossing to coat then remove from heat and serve.
