Smooth, creamy, and luscious this Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting is the perfect addition to pumpkin cupcakes, cake, and more. The best part? It requires just 5 ingredients.

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, sift the powdered sugar and cinnamon together and then set aside until later.
- In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese, butter and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and then add in 1 cup of the powdered sugar and cinnamon combination and mix until well combined.
- Continue to add in 1 cup of powdered sugar and cinnamon making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl until all the powdered sugar has been added.
- Mix well until all combined.
- Frosting is then ready to be used on cupcakes or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
