Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup Hershey's Cinnamon Chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated.
- Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon into the cream mixture and mix until just mixed.
- Fold in oats and cinnamon chips and use a medium cookie scoop to scoop onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Add cinnamon chips on top, if desired.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until lightly browned.
