Cinnamon Spice Almonds

With just three simple add-ons and an oven, you can take ordinary almonds to a new level! These roasted Cinnamon Almonds have the perfect hint of sweetness and spice for a tasty and healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of raw almonds
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of allspice
  • 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Place almonds in a medium bowl. In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, allspice, and maple syrup and pour into the almonds. Mix well.
  3. Evenly spread the almonds on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely before eating.

Notes

  • You can add these deliciously spiced and sweetened nuts to your cereals, oatmeal, granola bars, and smoothie bowls. 
  • These would be a great addition to any Vegan Charcuterie Board and Vegan Cheese Boards too!  
  • Crush or chop them and sprinkle on your fave fresh salads!
