Make mornings a blast with this delicious homemade Coconut Almond Granola. It's a perfect addition to your smoothie or yogurt bowl, or as a simple snack!

Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 cup dried unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all the ingredients except raisins in a bowl and make sure everything is well incorporated.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet in one layer and bake in the oven for 45 - 60 minutes, check and stir every 20 minutes.
- Add the raisins in the last 10 minutes.
- Take the granola out of the oven and let cool for 20 minutes, break into chunks and small pieces if needed.
