Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk , 14 ounces
  • 1 package sweetened shredded coconut , 14 ounces
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries , chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix well. Stir in cranberries.
  3. Drop by tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto baking sheets; gently shape into mounds.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
  5. Cool for 3 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
