  • 10 tablespoons Butter, softened
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 5-6 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-4 tablespoons cream of coconut, sweetened

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Beat in coconut extract, salt, 5-6 cups powdered sugar, and 2-4 tablespoons cream of coconut to make a spreadable consistency.

Notes

  • STORE. Place frosting in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for 5-7 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw, if needed, and stir before using.
  • Store frosted cake. Store the frosted cake/cupcakes covered in the fridge for 3-4 days.
