Bloody Mary, with added coffee for an extra kick! Keep it as a mocktail or add vodka and make it a brunch cocktail.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup (75ml) cold coffee
- ⅓ cup (75ml) tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar syrup
- grinding of black pepper
- dash of worcestershire sauce optional
- Dash of tabasco sauce optional
Garnish
- Celery, lemon and rosemary
Instructions
For the bloody mary
- Fill a glass with ice, add the coffee, lemon juice, tomato juice and the sugar syrup and stir well.
- If using, add the Worcestershire and tabasco and stir again. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and garnish with a stalk of celery, twist of lemon ad sprig of rosemary.
