  • 6 lices pork sausage cut in half, Vietnamese steamed style called cha lua
  • 6 lices head cheese
  • 6 pcs pork or char siu (BBQ pork, sliced
  • pickled carrot Vietnamese style do chua
  • pickled daikon Vietnamese style do chua
  • cucumber sliced
  • cilantro
  • jalapeño sliced, optional
  • Maggi seasoning splash

Instructions

  1. Slice the baguettes in half.
  2. Slather the bottom half with mayonnaise or butter.
  3. Next, spread on the liver pate.
  4. Layer on the cold cut meats (cha lua / pork sausage, head cheese, sliced pork).
  5. Add the pickled daikon and carrot (do chua).
  6. Next, add cucumbers, cilantro, and jalapeno (if you like it hot, or omit).
  7. Splash a little Maggi seasoning over the top.
  8. Close up the sandwiches, and enjoy!
