Corned Beef Hash

Corned Beef Hash combines cooked diced corned beef with boiled potato cubes, onions, and garlic sautéed in butter, forming a browned and crispy skillet dish. The hash balances savory flavors with a tender interior and a golden crust, finished with fresh parsley. It is a filling meal often served warm alongside eggs and toast for breakfast or brunch.

Description

This Corned Beef Hash starts by boiling diced potatoes until tender, then drying them before adding to a skillet with melted butter, sautéed onions, and garlic. Seasoned with salt and pepper, cooked corned beef cubes and potatoes are pressed into an even layer to brown undisturbed over medium-high heat. After browning on one side, the hash is flipped and cooked further to achieve a crispy exterior while maintaining a soft inside.

The dish combines the saltiness of corned beef with creamy potatoes and aromatic onions, enhanced by butter for richness. Cooking the hash undisturbed helps form a crust that adds texture and contrasts with tender pieces inside. Parsley garnishes the finished dish for fresh color.

Corned Beef Hash is often served warm, paired with fried eggs and toast to complete a classic breakfast or brunch plate, making it a satisfying and hearty option.
