½ cup ice
3 oz cranberry flavored vodka
1 can club soda or Truly Cranberry Seltzer or Ginger Ale
1 cup Diet Cranberry Pomegranate Juice
¼ cup pomegranate seeds for garnish
2 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish
¼ cup cranberries for garnish

Instructions

Add ice, vodka, and cranberry juice into the cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Split 1 can of bubbly (club soda, ginger ale, or Truly Cranberry Fizz seltzer) into each glass.
Fill the remainder of the glasses with cranberry juice & vodka mixture, straining out the ice.
Mix with a spoon. Then, garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds, sprigs of rosemary, and cranberries. You could also garnish with limes, mint, or apple slices!

Notes

This Cranberry Fizz Cocktail would also be delicious with gin. The recipe would take a new direction, but you could also try bourbon if that's your thing, too. I recommend garnishing with a cinnamon stick if you decide to use bourbon.
