Ingredients
- 12 Jalapeno peppers halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup green onions (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and finely chopped green onions. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into the halved jalapeño peppers, distributing it evenly among them.
