Ingredients
- 2-3 English cucumbers, about 3 cups sliced
- ½ red onion
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon Fresh cracked pepper

Instructions
- Thinly slice 2-3 English cucumbers, and ½ red onion and add them to a large bowl.
- In a separate small bow, whisk together ½ cup plain Greek yogurt , 2 tablespoons fresh dill, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar , 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 clove garlic, ½ teaspoon Fresh cracked pepper, and ½ teaspoon kosher salt.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion and stir to coat everything well. Serve fresh!
