Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber sliced into thin rounds
- ¼ cup minced red onion
- 3 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk the greek yogurt, mayo, vinegar, and salt & pepper.
- To a large bowl, add the sliced cucumber, onion, and yogurt mixture. Gently toss until fully coated.
