The dressing is super flavorful and can easily double as a dip for your fresh veggie platter, too.

Ingredients
- 1 c. plain greek yogurt
- 1 T. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ c. minced fresh dill
- ¼ c. minced fresh chives
- ¼ c. minced fresh cilantro or substitute parsley
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Add dry mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder, and stir.
- Fold in the fresh herbs. Serve over fresh greens in a salad, or use as a dip for fresh veggies.
- Note: The consistency of the dressing will depend on the yogurt you use. If the dressing is thicker than you desire, thin it out with a bit of water.
