Ingredients
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup finely grated parmesan *use the good stuff & shred yourself!!
- 1/4-1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, to taste
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, finely grated parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper together in a bowl until well combined.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow flavors to mingle.
- When ready to use, taste the dressing and add more lemon juice or seasonings, if needed. Drizzle on your salad and enjoy.
- Store the remaining dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
