  • 1 lb chicken thigh boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the crock pot and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a separate bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour into the crock pot with the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
