Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken breasts approximately 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place the chicken in a 6 quart crock pot.
- Season with the salt and pepper and pour the chicken broth over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the chicken, shred with 2 forks and return the chicken to the crock pot.
