Ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1 cup coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix in order given and drop from teaspoons to bake. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
