Ingredients
- 4 lices cucumber for garnish (optional, plus two cucumber ribbons
- mint to taste, several leaves
- lime divided + more for serving, juice of 1
- 1.5 oz vodka per glass, shot
- lime sparkling water
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Place a few cucumber slices in the glass along with a few leaves of mint.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime in each glass.
- Add the vodka, then top with the lime sparkling water.
- Top with a thin cucumber ribbon and extra lime on the side, if desired. Cheers!
- Side Note: If you prefer sweeter cocktails, simply add a bit of simple syrup to taste.
