Starring spiced rum & ginger beer, the 3-ingredient Dark and Stormy Cocktail sounds ominous, but it's a breeze to make and goes down smooth!

Ingredients
- 4 ounces spiced rum
- 2 lime wedge
- 12 ounces ginger beer
Instructions
- Fill two tall glasses with ice. Pour 6 ounces of ginger beer into each glass.
- Squeeze one lime wedge into each glass and then drop it in. Or you can use a fresh lime wedge on the rim for garnish.
- Carefully pour 2 ounces of rum over the top of each cocktail so it floats on top.
- Serve immediately. Admire the layers, then stir and enjoy.
