Ingredients
- 20 pitted Medjool Dates a bit more than 1 cup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ to 1 cup milk
Instructions
- To a blender, add the dates, salt, vanilla, and ¾ cup of the milk. Blend until smooth. Add additional milk, one tablespoon at a time, to thin out the caramel if desired.
- Use immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
