  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place the banana, pitted dates, chia seeds, flax seeds, tahini, instant coffee, milk and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until all the ingredients are completely blended and you have a smooth mixture.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Soak dates in warm water for 10-15 minutes before blending to improve texture.
  • Freeze banana slices ahead of time for a creamier smoothie that needs less ice.
  • Adjust the amount of instant coffee to increase or decrease the coffee flavor to your liking.
