Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil solid | I used organic
- 1 1/2 cups all natural cane sugar white sugar may be used
- 2 tablespoons Jojoba oil optional
- 1 tablespoon strawberry powder about 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries ground into powder
- 2-5 drops Strawberry Essential Oil

Instructions
- Measure ingredients, then whip coconut oil with a whisk attachment in stand mixer or hand mixer for 4-5 minutes until light and somewhat fluffy.
- Slowly whip in sugar, Jojoba oil, and strawberry essential oil if using.
- Add strawberry powder | pulse freeze dried strawberries in my Ninja smoothie blender, or place in plastic bag and use rolling pin or heavy jar to crush.
- Spoon into clean jars, seal, tie with some raffia or twine and affix a label.

- Substitutions:
- Swap out strawberries for freeze-dried blueberries and blueberry essential oil
- Omit strawberry powder and add freeze-dried raspberries and use raspberry essential oil
- Add zest of 1 lemon and 3-5 drops lemon essential oil (omit or keep strawberries)
