Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups of freshly cooked rice if not freshly cooked, then reheat until hot and steamy
- 1 avocado sliced
- 2 Persian or Japanese cucumbers or 1 English cucumber
- 4 sheets nori sushi wrapping paper
- Coconut Amino or soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger (optional)
