  • 1 Hass avocado (skin and pit removed)
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup la lechera (sweetened condensed milk) depending on how sweet you like.

  1. Blend all ingredients into a blender until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds. Freeze the avocado popsicles overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  2. To remove Avocado Popsicles from molds, run them under warm running water until you can gently wiggle them out. Enjoy!
