  • 1.5 8- ounce cream cheese I use Neufchâtel cheese because it has less fat/calories than regular cream cheese, packages quantity not specified
  • ¾ cup sugar can sub splenda
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white

Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
