This DIY Crostini Bar is perfect for your next party - just slice some bread, lay out some toppings, and let everyone make their own appetizers!

Ingredients
- 12 oz baguette or store bought crostini breads
- olive oil for brushing the crostinis
Toppings (pick your favorites!)
- hummus or white bean spread
- roasted veggies such as brussels sprouts, tomatoes, or a seasonal medley
- Sliced raw veggies such as green onions, radishes, or cucumbers
- chopped fresh herbs
- jam or chutney sweet or savory
- fresh or dried fruits
- Cheeses crumbled goat cheese, grated parmesan
- nuts almonds, pine nuts, candied nuts
- sliced roasted red peppers
- pickled vegetables
- Olive Tapenade
- pesto
- honey or maple syrup
- balsamic glaze
Instructions
Make the Crostini Toasts
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice a baguette into ½" slices. Arrange slices on the baking sheet and lightly brush each side with olive oil. Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping them over halfway, until toasted and golden brown.
Assemble Crostini Bar
- Arrange the toasted bread slices and your favorite toppings on a large cutting board, and serve!
