Ingredients
For the Salad
- 1/2 lb fresh strawberries sliced
- 1/2 lb chopped pineapple
- 1/4 lb blueberries
- 1/4 lb grapes halved
- 2 kiwis peeled and chopped, or peach
- 1 mandarin oranges
- 1 banana sliced
For the Dressing
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Clean and cut the fruit.
- Add everything except bananas to a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, make the dressing by whisking together honey and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss to coat.
- Add banana slices and mix very gently before serving. Enjoy!

- It's best to use ripened fruit as they are sweeter and have a better texture.
