Ingredients
- 2 ripe Hass avocados
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
Instructions
- Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Add lime juice, kosher salt, and chopped red onion to the avocado in the bowl.
- Mash the ingredients together with a fork until well combined but still slightly chunky. Adjust seasoning to taste.
