  • 1 Naan flatbread
  • 4 tablespoons Pizza Sauce
  • 1-2 mozzarella string cheese sticks ⁣⁣
  • 8-12 pepperoni slices
  • 8-12 black olive slices
  • ½ tablespoon parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C / gas mark 5.
  2. Line your pizza stone or baking sheet with parchment paper and place your flatbread in the middle.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce over the flatbread, making sure to leave about a ½-inch wide rim around the circumference of the flatbread.
  4. Scatter the pepperoni slices over the flatbread.
  5. Slice the string cheese into ¼-½ inch thick discs. Arrange one disc of cheese over each pepperoni slice, then scatter any additional cheese discs around the remainder of the flatbread.
  6. Place a slice of black olive over each cheese disc.
  7. Sprinkle oregano and parsley over the entire flatbread, then place into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starting to bubble. Allow the pizza to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • This recipe lists the ingredients needed per single pizza. If you plan to make more than one (and trust me, you will), multiply the ingredient amounts by the number of pizzas you'll make.
  • Get creative with your toppings. Add other cured meats, cheeses, or veggies to make a spooky pizza display. The easiest swap is to cut the cheeses into shapes. If you use the cheese to decorate, bake the pizza first and add the cheese in the last 45 seconds or so.
  • If you prefer, use fresh herbs instead of dried ones. And if you don't like herbs, skip them entirely.
  • If you make smaller pizzas with cookie cutters, they'll cook quicker. So keep an eye on them and check them a few minutes earlier.
  • Store - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
