Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon leftover
- teriyaki sauce to taste
- 1 butter lettuce head
- 1 cup rice cooked
- sesame seed for garnish, optional
- Sriracha sauce for garnish, optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, flake the leftover salmon.
- Drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the flaked salmon and stir to combine.
- Take 4 lettuce leaves and top each one with rice and the teriyaki salmon. Garnish with sesame seeds and sriracha, if you desire. Serve, and enjoy!
