Easy Make Cherry Lemonade
Description
The recipe starts by pureeing sweet cherries with a small amount of water to create a vibrant cherry base. For a smoother texture, the puree can be strained to remove pulp. Freshly squeezed, strained lemon juice is added along with more water and sweetener to balance tartness and sweetness. The lemonade is stirred until all sugar dissolves, yielding a translucent, flavored beverage.
Cherry Lemonade is best served chilled over ice with optional lemon wedge garnishes to enhance its bright citrus aroma. The combination of fresh cherry and lemon flavors makes it a pleasant, fruit-forward alternative to standard lemonade.
Store leftover Cherry Lemonade in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Stir well before serving to recombine any settled ingredients. For best flavor and freshness, consume within this period; discard if off taste develops. This lemonade can be made ahead and refrigerated ready to chill and serve when desired.
