Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups tahini paste
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional

Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, and insert a candy thermometer. When the syrup hits 250 degrees Fahrenheit, turn off the heat.
- In a large mixing basin, whisk together tahini, salt, and vanilla essence.
- Carefully stir the syrup and nuts into the tahini mixture until well blended.
- Fill the loaf pan halfway with the mixture. Allow it to cool completely before removing it from the oven. Serve and enjoy!
