- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2¼ cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

- ½ cup walnuts chopped
Instructions

- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before serving.
