Easy Peach bellinis - delicious pureed peach and champagne for a perfect brunch drink!

Ingredients
- 3 cups of prosecco
- 2 cups of frozen peach slices
- ¼ cup of simple syrup
- ¼ cup of peach nectar juice
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Instructions
- Add the peaches, simple syrup, peach nectar and lemon juice to a large blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour 1/4 to 1/2 of a glass full of the peach mix, and top with prosecco.
- Lightly stir.
- 2. Serve and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
