Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup green onions *chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 cups chicken *cooked and shredded
- 1 can corn *drained, 8.75 oz
- 2 leeves Ritz crackers *crushed
- 1/2 cup butter *melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green onions, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder.
- Add in the chicken and corn (or veggie of choosing).
- Pour chicken mixture into greased 9x13 baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the Ritz crackers with melted butter.
- Sprinkle mixture evenly on top of chicken.
- Place chicken casserole into preheated oven and bake for about 25-35 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
- Remove casserole from the oven and allow to sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
