Ingredients

  • 4 Seedless Persian limes , washed, cut both ends, and cut them into 8 wedges with the skin *(Make sure to remove the white membrane line from inside with your knife, that’s where most of the bitterness is).
  • 4 cups cold water (If you prefer it more diluted add more water)
  • 1 ( 14 oz) ca condensed milk
  • 2 Spoonfuls Nestle Crema de Leche
  • 2 cup Ice cubes , plus more for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the quartered limes in the blender along with the water and ice.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the lemonade mixture through a metal strainer over a large pitcher*(Discard the solids)
  4. Return the liquid to the blender,
  5. add in the condensed milk and crema de Leche and blend well until completely incorporated. It should be creamy and frothy. Add more ice, if desired, and serve immediately!

  • How to Store
  • If you have leftovers, you can store them in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To store the limeade, transfer it to an airtight container and keep it in the fridge until ready to drink. The limeade may separate over time, so stir it well before serving.

  • If you want to make the Sweetened Condensed Milk Limeade ahead of time, you can prepare the mixture and store it in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Blend the lime wedges, water, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth, strain the mixture through a metal strainer into a large pitcher, cover the pitcher with plastic wrap or an airtight lid, and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, stir the limeade well, add the sweetened condensed milk and crema de leche, and blend until well combined and frothy.
