Description

- 4 lice bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 100 g cheddar cheese sliced, mature
- 90 g Wensleydale cheese sliced
- 90 g Cranberry Cheese sliced
- 60 g chutney
- 1 carrot finely grated
- 1 little gem lettuce chopped
- 5 cherry tomato sliced
Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon Butter over 4 slice Bread and then spread 60 g Chutney over two slices.
- Add 100 g Mature cheddar and 90 g Wensleydale and cranberry cheese.
- Top with 1 Little gem lettuce and 1 Carrot.
- Finish with 5 Cherry tomatoes and another slice of bread.
