Eternal Sunshine Gin Cocktail Recipe

The Eternal Sunshine Gin Cocktail blends botanical gin, elderflower liqueur, elderflower tonic, orange blossom water, and lime juice over ice for a floral and citrus-forward mixed drink. Garnished with orange and lime wheels, it offers a delicate balance of herbal, floral, and bright citrus notes, served chilled and ideal for leisurely sipping.

Description

This cocktail combines 1 1/2 ounces of botanical gin with 3/4 ounce elderflower liqueur and 3 ounces elderflower tonic to build a floral base. Adding 1/4 ounce each of orange blossom water and lime juice introduces subtle citrus and floral accents. The ingredients are mixed in a highball or gin and tonic glass filled with ice and stirred gently to maintain the tonic's effervescence.

Garnished with thinly sliced orange and lime wheels placed inside the glass, this drink presents a fresh aroma and visually appealing presentation. The flavor profile highlights elderflower's aromatic sweetness balanced by lime's brightness and the herbal gin.

Serve the Eternal Sunshine Gin Cocktail as a refreshing option for warm weather or whenever a floral, lightly sweetened gin drink suits the occasion. It pairs well with light appetizers or as a standalone aperitif.
