Even for the most passionate cooks, there are times when the fridge is nearly empty, and cooking feels like too much effort. In these situations, finding a simple, quick recipe with just a few ingredients can be a real lifesaver.

Ingredients
- ½ golden onion
- 2 can Canned beans
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 5 strips Bacon
- 3 sausages
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sprig fresh Rosemary
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Finely chop the onion.
- Cut the sausage and bacon into large pieces.
- Using a strainer, drain the canned beans to remove excess liquid.
- Add a drizzle of oil to a cast-iron skillet and set it to medium heat.
- Add the sausage and bacon pieces to the skillet.
- Sauté for a few minutes, then add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes translucent.
- Add the beans, rosemary, and tomato paste.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir well to combine, and let it cook on medium heat for about 7–8 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
