Ingredients
- 60 ml orange juice fresh, 2 fl oz / 1/4 cup
- 60 ml pomegranate juice such as Pomegreat, 2 fl oz / 1/4 cup
- 40 ml Campari 1 1/3 fl oz
- 40 ml bourbon 1 1/3 fl oz
- 40 ml dry vermouth 1 1/3 fl oz
- orange bitters optional, dash
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds optional, fresh
- orange peel for decoration
Instructions
- The Good Fortune
- Serves 2
- Fill two rocks glasses with ice. Add the pomegranate juice, orange juice, Campari, bourbon, vermouth and bitters in a large glass or cocktail shaker and stir together.
- Pour over the ice in the glasses. Add a few pomegranate seeds in each glass and decorate with a twisted orange peel.
