Fireball Eggnog Recipe
Description
The Fireball Eggnog combines creamy eggnog with Fireball cinnamon whisky, stirring the two together chilled and optionally serving the drink with a glass rimmed in cinnamon sugar for added texture and sweetness. The whisky’s cinnamon flavor enhances the traditional richness of eggnog, adding a spicy note that lifts the drink. The preparation includes shaking ingredients over ice to chill the mixture thoroughly before serving.
The method allows for customizing the rim of the glass, dipping it first in Fireball whisky and then in cinnamon sugar, which adds a layered flavor and tactile contrast to each sip. This drink works well as a dessert cocktail or festive beverage for gatherings during colder months.
Ingredients
- cinnamon sugar optional - for the rim
- 4 ounces eggnog can be light
- 2 ounces fireball
Instructions
- If you'd like to rim your glass in cinnamon sugar, pour a little Fireball into a bowl and a little cinnamon sugar into another bowl. Dip the rim of your glass first in Fireball and then in the cinnamon sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker half full of ice. Add the eggnog and Fireball and stir well.
- Pour the Fireball eggnog into your glass. If you'd like, you can garnish your drink with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
