A cool, creamy alternative to ice cream, this Frozen Yogurt is as simple as it is satisfying.

Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit
- 2 cups frozen banana slices
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4-6 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, combine frozen strawberries, banana slices, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and add more honey if desired for extra sweetness.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, smoothing the top. Cover with parchment paper to prevent ice crystals. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften. Scoop and serve immediately.
