Ingredients

  • 800 gms ful medames cooked fava beans, canned; 28 oz
  • 1 tomato finely chopped, medium
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 100 gms tahini sauce 1/3 cup
  • 1 lemon juiced (you can add more if you like)
  • salt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • water cold; for the Tahini sauce
  • 25 gms cilantro coriander, chopped, 1/2 cup
  • extra virgin olive oil to drizzle on the top

Notes

  • Mine came out a bit too runny, so make sure to boil the ful a bit longer, so it thickens up more.
