Ful Medames - an Egyptian breakfast dish made with cooked and mashed fava beans.

Ingredients
- 800 gms ful medames cooked fava beans, canned; 28 oz
- 1 tomato finely chopped, medium
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 100 gms tahini sauce 1/3 cup
- 1 lemon juiced (you can add more if you like)
- salt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- water cold; for the Tahini sauce
- 25 gms cilantro coriander, chopped, 1/2 cup
- extra virgin olive oil to drizzle on the top
Notes
- Mine came out a bit too runny, so make sure to boil the ful a bit longer, so it thickens up more.
