Quick and easy Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies are festive and fun, perfect for a birthday party or celebration!

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 egg
- 1 Funfetti cake box mix
- rainbow jimmy sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- With a hand mixer, beat butter, egg, and cream cheese until fluffy. Add in cake mix and beat until smooth.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet and slightly press the tops to flatten them a bit. Top with jimmy sprinkles.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes.
